Executive Search

Our opportunity to ensure that we find the right person without any compromise.

A more sophisticated process which gives you access to more candidates on an exclusive basis – an uncompromising full search suite with a specified timeframe and search profile.  

Usually has a premium invoice attached.  Not the iQi way.  We offer this service at the same rate as our contingent search, we restructure the fee and back it up with one-year free replacement.

The types of personal data we collect

·       Any information I present on my Curriculum Vitae (CV), personal statement or CV Cover note when applying for jobs whether directly to iQi Recruit Limited or via job boards, LinkedIn or any other source of advertising

·       Any information I verbally give to you during screening interviews including motivations for changing jobs, details of income and preferred income, contact information, employment history/status

·       You will then share my CV excluding contact details with mutually-agreed contacts/companies that have relevant vacancies matching my experience

Provision of personal data

You’ll tell me if providing some personal data is optional, including if you ask for my consent to process it and submit my CV to a prospective client/employer for a position/job. You will not use my personal data other than for the purposes described in this notice.

Monitoring of communications

Subject to applicable laws, you’ll monitor and record my calls, emails, text messages, social media messages and other communications in relation to my dealings with you. Where my personal data will be stored

All my personal data will be stored on one central database, which is a customised applicant-tracking system (ATS).

This database can only be accessed by authorised employees of iQi Recruit Limited and no external parties. This security conforms to higher standards than legislation and is constantly monitored and reviewed. All authorised employees have signed an extensive Contract of Employment outlining their obligations towards data protection and risk legal action should they be found to be in breach of this contract.  learn more
